How to Print an ID Card on an A4 Page (Step by Step)
Choose the document type – select ID Card (or A4 Page for a full-page document). Turn on AI Auto-Crop & Enhance or Black & White Mode if you want them.
Upload the front and back – tap the Front Side and Back Side boxes and pick your photo, scan or PDF. You can also select both images together.
Crop the card – drag the four corners (or tap them in Tap 4 Corners mode) and press Crop & Use.
Adjust on the live A4 preview – move or resize each card, and use Adjust for filters, brightness and sharpness.
Add more pages (optional) – press Queue Page / Save & Start New Page to compose another sheet.
Print or save PDF – press Print All Pages and choose your printer or “Save as PDF”.

Tips for the Best Print Quality
Place the card on a plain, contrasting surface in good light and keep the camera parallel to the card.
Use a scan at 200–300 DPI or a sharp, high-resolution photo; avoid glare and shadows.
Use Black & White Mode for a clean photocopy look and to save colour ink.
In the print dialog choose paper size A4, scale 100% and margins None.
